Be heard! Take this quick IABC community assessment on the Blackberry Outage that upset consumers around the globe.

In Mid-October, millions of BlackBerry smartphone users were cut off by a major fault at RIM, the Canadian company that makes the devices. The glitch affected online services for consumers all over Europe, the Middle East and Africa leaving users unable to browse the web or instant messages, or access other internet services such as email.

IABC's series of quick surveys aim to take the pulse of how communicators view the actions of organizations in the news. Survey topics are determined by business events that are of interest to a broad cross-section of IABC members.
